They will replace you in a drop of a dime, even if everyone likes you. If you don't kiss Management butt they will get rid of you. The Management also plays mind games and try to make you feel dumb for being their for your family in need. Management doesn't work hardly and stand around and judge others who's better than them but doesn't want Management position because they make more than them. They hire people who can't do the job they applied for so they pick the strongest candidate in that department to train the new hires.
